Bre Stikk
2x Black belt
Gi: Street Sports Jiu Jitsu
No Gi: 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu
Mission-driven American grappler
Bre has won on just about every surface jiu jitsu is contested on — gi, no-gi, combat jiu jitsu, and sand.

She's a UWW Grappling Gi world champion, the first-ever Medusa Combat Jiu-Jitsu flyweight champion, a three-time beach wrestling champion, and a 10th Planet black belt. Read that list again and understand what it actually represents: years of losses she refused to be finished by. Nobody collects that many titles by being naturally gifted. They collect them by being unreasonably hard to discourage.

And she doesn't leave that on the mat. Bre has worked as a wildland firefighter, a paramedic and CPR instructor — jobs where you move toward the emergency while everyone else is backing up.

Bre is on a mission to turn victims into victors by teaching practical self-defense, building deep community fellowship, and helping females heal from trauma.
Her outreach centers on the reality that women often face disproportionate threats in a challenging world. Her core objectives include:
-
Taking Power Back: Teaching females how to use leverage, technique, and positioning rather than brute strength to neutralize larger threats.
-
Trauma Recovery: Using martial arts as a therapeutic and empowering tool to move past fear and isolation.
-
Accessibility: Creating inclusive environments and seminars where women and girls can train and build community fellowship regardless of their background or experience level.
