There's no drill for heart. It isn't in the curriculum, and we can't promote anyone for it.
What we can do is put two people in front of you who have spent their whole lives demonstrating heart — in cages, on world championship mats, on fire lines, in the back of an ambulance at three in the morning.
They've been scared and gone anyway. They've lost in front of people and come back to the same mat the next week.
Heart is contagious.
It gets into a room. It shows up in how hard the person next to you rolls, how they shake your hand afterward, and whether they come back on the week they don't feel like it.
